  • Durable robust double-wall cabinet design ... 5” casters provide easy mobility. Fryer passes easily through a standard door opening. Front casters have locking wheel brakes for stability.

  • Circular heating elements, or heat exchanger, surrounds product & provides rapid temperature recovery, even with frozen product.
