SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

 

Shipping Fees

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, orders placed for a delivery to a location in the Continental United States incur no shipping charge

 

Delivery fees

Order will incur additional delivery charges if:

  • The delivery address is a residential location ($75 fee)
  • The delivery requires liftgate service ($75 fee)
  • The delivery requires white glove delivery (Custom fee provided to customer after purchase is made)

If customer does not specify any of the above delivery requirements (residential location, liftgate service, white glove delivery) and the product is not able to be delivered, customer will incur all additional charges incurred by King Restaurant Supply related getting that unit shipped to the customer address.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once your order is shipped, we will send an email to you with tracking information.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
