Giles Round-pot Kettle Fryers are designed to fry foods quickly & easily to deliver maximum profits with minimum effort & expense. Serve your customers delicious crispy & moist fried chicken every time.

  • Consumes minimal amount of floor-space, yet has plenty of capacity to feed hungry crowds.

  • Durable robust double-wall cabinet design … 5” casters provide easy mobility. Fryer passes easily through a standard door opening. Front casters have locking wheel brakes for stability.

  • Easy to clean & maintain … electro-polished stainless steel Cooking Basket.

  • Circular heating elements, or heat exchanger, surrounds product & provides rapid temperature recovery, even with frozen product.

  • Computer Controller with intuitive user interface, provides exceptional fryer control and operation monitoring. Stores up to 50 programmable Menu Item cooking presets, Auto-Cool energy-saving mode, Force-Filter feature, Boil-Out program, password security option & multiple display language selections.

  • Standard Automatic Basket Lift automatically lowers basket when cook cycle starts & raises it when the programmed cook time ends … helps avoid over-cooking.
